I've put a version of Sp@mX on the web site that takes the first steps to special handling of spam originating outside the US. This first step is an internal identification as to country of origin.
I've also made some minor bug fixes.

Jeff, whether I do a single message or All, since starting with 4.1.4 all I'm getting is:

All other 'net stuff is working fine here.
I had to restore my config settings by hand, so something might be wrong but I can't see anything different other than adding 127.0.0.1 to my relay list.
