I just got this from PCCW; it suggests warnings don't work:

Dear Sir / Madam,

We have figured out the person and gave a warning to him / her already.
Please have a check at your log and feel free to contact us again if you find further attempts.

This is a long term campaign as with any reporting. This is only the first step. Keep reporting them. We are in it for the long haul. remember there is strength in numbers. And that is what Spamx is all about. Group reporting. We may have lost the battle on SPAM but we will all win the war on SPAM.
