SpamX II version 1.2 has been released!
This version supports batch processing of the contents of an Outlook folder, no more processing spam one item at a time.
This version also supports do not send lists, so you can choose a domain (i.e. yours, or IANA.ORG, etc...) never to send a spam complaint.
I'm anxious to get your feedback.
You can download the entire installation package at
http://www.hendricom.com/Downloads/spamxii.zip, or download just the executable at
http://www.hendricom.com/Downloads/spamxiibinonly.zip.

So far so good, part from:
When clicking on an IP address in the List of IP Addresses, should it update the Domain box?
It won't resolve Comcast.net IP.
(note, some of the X- headers are added by our brightmail installation)
Spamcop resolves this header to comcast.net.

No, nothing is programmed to happen when you click an IP address.
I'll run the sample headers that you were kind enough to post later this afternoon, and give you some feedback. Thanks.

Jeff,
I am loving the batch processing and am very pleased with the new progress on the program. PLEASE tell me that there is eventually going to be a way around Outlook's insistence on making me click "YES" twice on every spam processing and complaint sent from the program? Also are there any stat reports or logs somewhere that I can track how many pieces of spam I process in each 24 hour period? I want to see how successful this is for me.
Thanks for all your hard work
Nique

Thanks for the feedback Nique.
To get around the Outlook security nag, try
http://www.express-soft.com/mailmate/clickyes.html.
You can check your stats using the 'Sent Items'. You should have a copy of each spam report sent there.
I hope this helps....

Hi BaZz,
Well sir, if you just aren't the bug finder.

The address that was missing came back from ARIN for COMCAST in block format. I had not put back in the check for that (I forgot). It's in now.
The other miss was very interesting. The answer came back in two pieces with the first piece being MUCH shorter than the first, so SpamX missed it's chance to decode any email addresses in this answer. I've put in a change that looks for the answer tag more efficiently, and it seem to have corrected this problem.
You can download the executable at
http://www.hendricom.com/Downloads/spamxiibinonly.zip.
Thanks again for you help reporting bugs!

It's so nice to get this fast response from software developers.
The program is working excellently (is that a word?) so far..
I'll grab the new version and see how that goes.
