It seems that Comcast has a e-mail counter that they say can't be overridden. This limits you to 999 emails per 24 hour time frame, if you cross this number the software will shut your e-mail down for 48 hours. Now 999 nine sounds like alot of e-mail but I have had several spam reports send out 6 or 7 complaints so it adds up fast. A counter of outgoing e-mails would be one way for us to know how close to line we are.
