And the amusing part is, the IP numeric address was already clearly stated in the report email and it Definately Is part of his network, and there's Only One numeric IP listed!
Gotta love people who recommend you use different software... especially when the report is actually 100% legitimate

We need the full accurate copy of the message, including all
RFC822 message headers (see the autoresponder you received after you filed your complaint). The spam reporting software you've referenced has been known to provide false positives before.
We prefer to receive abuse notifications of this nature via spamcop.
