I am a little confused new user using Mac OS 10.3.7 Mail...

1) SpamX seems to work showing progress all over the world... then stops with this SMTP error 103...

2) How do I save all the junk mail at once as "Raw Source" to the designated Spam folder?

Please advise and thanks in advance for your help in this matter.

SMTP error 103 means Sp@mX can't find your SMTP server. Please check the name, sometimes Apple Mail helps with the address (I think it adds the smtp to yourdomain.com making smtp.yourdomain.com). Contact your ISP if you have trouble sorting this out, and ask them what the name should be...
