I've receive several email abuse returns with the following text message from this domain:

Transmit Report:

To: POSTMASTER@kornet.net, 452 This mailbox is temporarily disabled. This mailbox is automatically enabled if the owner of this mailbox logs on.

Also, it has an attachment of my transmitted report. Are they just putting me off?

I'm not sure, but it sure looks like it to me. I get several variations on the same theme from various ISPs, usually the same few.

I would say it's just sloping shoulders, passing the buck, whatever you want to call it, it takes a couple of clicks of a mouse button to delete stuff ... read or unread

If I remember correctly, under RFC822 - the Internet "rules" governing e-mail - the Postmaster account is mandatory on a domain and should be read by the domain owner. How strictly that is adhered to nowadays is debatable, but the rule exists and is valid grounds for having your domain cut by the ISP. I doubt many domain owners are even aware of RFC822 %-)

From the amount of junk I get from kornet accounts, I don't think they much care either
