My Comcast Business Class Internet service went down on Friday. I start the Comcast dance, please fix it.
Four days later, on Monday afternoon at 4pm, and with hours wasted jerking around on the phone with them, it is back up.

Glad to see you're back online
I was almost scared you had more serious problems as I heard on the news that there is heavy damage done by storms/flooding in the US.
Imagine, a few hundred "Purify friends" coming to the rescue
