In accordance with the actual legal appointments for privacy Versatel renounces on the storage of IP addresses since the 1st of September 2004 by supply of telephone services.
If you want to trace the abuse please refer to the police. In founded cases like the suspicion of an offence, we can save IP addresses on directive of the responsible authority for criminal prosecution to persecute these cases. Therefor these organs have to apply for a strict tracing progress and justify it plausible.
Please undersand that we can not give out any customer data to you on data protecting reasons.
