Wayne, there are no outstanding trouble reports for Purify 2.2.1. What version of Purify are you using?

If this is a Purify related problem, then it should be reproducible, can you please provide the plain text version of the email that you are trying to report that is causing this problem? I will try to reproduce this here.

Should I paste it here?

I was able to run a report on this message with Purify 2.2.1 with no problem.

I suspect that you have something going on with your hard drive.
As I mentioned before in a previous post, no one is reporting any trouble with the current version of Purify.

If you're using a Mac, a Diskwarrior run may be in order, or take your computer to an Apple store and ask them for help.

I'm going to post this message on the message board for other's benefit.

Weird.

I'd attempted to report that spam 2-3 times a day since the 19th, each time getting the same error message but just on that one e-mail.

I tried it again immediately prior to sending the text to you. I got the same error message just as Purify began reporting the spam and the busy pinwheel never quit
spinning. Activity Monitor showed no attempt at communicating, so I quit Purify like I had previously and sent the Zipped text to you.

After receiving your message indicating you'd found nothing, I opened Purify again and made another attempt at reporting. Walla, no glitch.....

For the heck of it I ran DiskWarrior (been a DiskWarrior fan since OS 9) and it found no change needed.

Guess you scared it out of doing that.

Thanks,
Wayne
