Works like this, take a picture, or select an existing picture using your iPhone, select and place a pair of lips on the picture, record what you want it to say, then play it and the lips animate as the recording is playing.

It's a hoot. Animate your pet, prank your boss, your friends, or use it to record voice memo (with a twist). I'm starting the process of submitting it to the Apple App Store.
