it gives you spam abuse problems.



As various computer viruses spread in the world today，they

get struck on a serious abuses, unwanted portscan, stress

of server,and Unsolicited Email.



Many of low-security PC on the Internet unknowingly relay

e-mail from any off-site host to any other off-site host.

Such PC is called "open relays" or "zombies pc".

In the case, they often are infected with virus called "trojan

horse type".Spammers may exploit these open mail relays to deliver

their unsolicited junk-mail.



As an ISP, we do regard spamming as a serious problem, and we

forbid our customer in our AUP to send any Unsolicited

Commercial Email(UCE) resultingly from our network.



When our customer can not be aware of this kind of situation, we

have to notice and request them "Do Clean Up your PC and Make It

More Secured". But in extreme cases, we terminate the user's

account temporarily.



We do what is best under the circumstances but it takes time

to resolve this problem completely.
