The registration for this version is supported by a MySQL database on my Web server, so you need to send me your email address, and I'll send you a machine string to enter into your configuration for validation.
The general feedback that I've been getting is good. I've heard users describe it as very fast, and reliable.
This version has a few new features.
You can customize the message that's at the top of the abuse complaint to the ISP.
It supports the decluded sender tag, and x-originating ip tag as an authoritative source of the spam.
In the absence of these tags it will report all of the 'received:' lines, so admins can get the open proxy notifications.
The default message that appears at the top of the abuse complaint is admin friendly, with the following message -
"I believe this email either originated from your domain, your domain was involved in it's delivery, or you are the victim of the spammer spoofing your domain information. All of the information is included for you to take action."
This version looks up Japanese abuse addresses.
And you have a few new processing options.
The Windows version of SpamX will continue to be supported as a legacy system. All of the Web support pages are now geared toward the new version.
I'm anxious to get your feedback!
