You can find the most up to date copy of the GeoIP Database (geoip.data) here, last updated 11/24/11.

This is the database used by Purify to do the country lookups by IP address. It is always being updated, and using the latest version will improve your Purify Country Filter results.

This file should be in your Application Support folder under Purify, you can use the OS X Finder, Windows Explorer, or Linux File Browser to find its exact location, and copy the updated file to that location.

Note: as of 08/18/08 we believe that our geoip database is over 95% complete and accurate with country of origin resolution for IP addresses for all countries of the world.
