Abuse by Casema customers

Casema can only act on net abuse by Casema Internet customers. It is only useful to report net abuse to Casema if it originates from an IP number that was provided by Casema. Reports concerning other IP numbers can and will not be handled.
Wanadoo Cable
---------------
Net abuse originating from IP numbers of Wanadoo Cable Internet customers can only be reported using the following Wanadoo e-mail
address: abuse@wanadoo.nl
What information to send
------------------------
In order to properly investigate a case of net abuse we will need the following information:
- Your e-mail address
- Your firstname and lastname
- Your phone number
- The IP address of the computer that the abuse originated from
- What is the report about? Virus, hacking, spam, other...
- A short description of the problem
- A copy of the e-mail header or the firewall logs
Note: a firewall log should at least contain the following elements:
- Date, time and timezone
- IP address of the offender
- The port number used to connect to
