I think I might have mentioned that I'm using a cross platform development tool called REALBasic to develop a version of SpamX that will work on Macintosh, Linux, and Windows from the same code base.
My initial development is going very well, and it looks like this is going to work out.
Sometime this fall I expect to release a version of SpamX for Macintosh, and Linux.
It looks like current Windows SpamX users are already using SpamX for Windows with commonly available email clients for Macintosh, and Linux. Very promising...
