Hi,
for some reason Purify will only report a few messages at a time. I can only get a max of about 8 reported at a time. If I select more or use the Report All button then I just get an error "SendMessage(), error not connected. in the log.". I've only started using Purify tonight and have set it up no problem. I am currently using 1.06 but this problem also happened on 1.05.

What does the log file say about the condition under which your connection was terminated?
Does your ISP have a "timed limit" on the number of emails that you can send in an hour??

It could be that I am currently on dial up as I've just switched Phone providers and am still waiting for my broadband to go live. I will leave it until I'm fully up & running and see how it works then.
Thanks Jeff.

Well I've now got my new broadband connection up & running and Purify is running brilliantly. No problems that I've found yet. Running in Windows XP using Outlook 2007, in case anyone is interested.

Hi Jeff and all,
On this topic, when I do "report all" I still get a reporting error coming up about 1 in 5 times. (I've sent one log already). This aborts the whole reporting run and is a MAJOR PAIN since I can't just let it run unattended.
A quick fix to not abort a whole reporting run abort on one error would make a BIG difference!
These errors usually go away on a retry, so after one bulk report I could usually pick up all the others in one go.
Cheers, Mike.

I mean 1 in 5 messages -- just to clarify.

I recall CRX having the same problem for quite a while. Jeff eventually fixed it, so I assume it's a similar coding task here.

I'll be putting putting something out sometime next week that will address most of the issues mentioned here.
