I was asked to report how I used SpamBayes with SpamX, but actually it's very simple. SpamBayes is a free program that I use in Outlook (it works in other email clients) to filter incoming email. It's a trainable program and at this point filters 95 or more percent of my incoming spam into a special folder I set up.
That makes it simple to just drag and drop the emails in that folder into a Windows folder for processing by v. 2.0.2, which I've been trying out. You can read more about the program at its web site.
