It's been a L O N G six months.
Purify is now code complete. I may be releasing the alpha to a small group of test users as early as tomorrow. I'll be out of town next week, so the beta won't go out until October 8th.
I don't mind telling you that this is a cool product. It filters POP, POP SSL, IMAP, and IMAP SSL email like a champ, with no monkeying around with complex settings. Purify's Bayesian Type filter is super easy to train, and deadly accurate catching spam. Purify also filters on Country of Origin, Blacklist, Whitelist, and Ignorelist.
Purify traces and reports email abuse like a champ.
Next steps are for me a to develop Purify's HTTP filter for web content, and enable the "feed" of both email message content, AND web content to my new product "Compass", an information gathering, analysis, and management tool with a VERY easy to use rich graphics interface.
Tip of the iceberg for what this "suite" will evolve into..., and the first step has been taken!!
