I put the relevant part in bold type.
When I use Outlook Message parser, or SpamX manual mode, I include a brief boilerplate message. Recently, it occured to me to put time fields in the document where I keep a few examples ready to copy and paste into complaint messages. This makes it simple to copy and paste a message and a current time. Here's an example of the result:
