SpamX uses ARIN as one of it's resources to do lookups, so you might notice SpamX acting up a bit....

HHmmnn... Verry Interestink! When I don't have too many spams at a time and I have a few minutes, I use SpamX to look up messages individually and check its results if I think it's missed any ISP that should get a report. (Very few now since 1.2.7d.). I use the ARIN http whois and have had no problem getting to it.
