I sent these jokers a very stiff email today as I consider this kind of practice a gross violation of Internet protocol and etiquette.

I encourage anyone to do the same if they come across this kind of misguided business efficiency practice. It is for their convenience and not ours, the victims of their otherwise poor business practices in running their networks.

This is - sadly - becoming more and more common. SBC are the biggest culprits. Instead of setting up their servers properly, they avoid the scandal by trying to make us jump through hoops. Pathetic!
