Thank you for forwarding the information on the spam incident you
experienced. This is the 2nd Spam violation reported against this
customer; they have lost all Internet connectivity for 5 days,
re-activation pending the company president's signature on a copy of
Cbeyond's AUP.
Cbeyond Communications takes these matters seriously and is taking the
appropriate action. The issue is being investigated and the owner of
the IP address from where this incident originated has been notified of
