I ran this header here, and it returned BTOPENWORLD, I think something might be funny with the zip you received (not the right file). I put another set of zips on the Web site at:

Can you please verify the 1.2.7d tag is at the top of the executable?
The other issue 'something bad happened' was a bug (IP address parser) it's been corrected, and is in 1.2.7d.
