Universal Telecom is a provider of Dial-Up Ports and Internet Bandwidth. We do not actively monitor or control information that is transmitted through us or hosted on our network. However, we take all violations of our AUP seriously. From past experience, when there is a violation of our acceptable use policy, the violator is usually a customer of our customer. In most instances, it may be necessary to forward your message to our customer.
The ISP of the offending user has been notified of the violation of our AUP.
They will be taking any appropriate action.
